Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products and sourcing process, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing
